I’m a recovering alcoholic/addict (last drink/drug was Dec. 10, 2011), so I pound green tea these days.

The Biggest Loser and Coconut Ice Cream.   

Other Hobbies: 
Kicking it with my black lab Colt, Mountain biking, Fly fishing, Skiing, and anything involving trucks.

Tastes great and goes down oh so smooth! 

Favorite Recovery Meal: 
Salmon and green tea

Favorite trail running/running memory: 
Honestly, every time I get out on the trails with my dog and good friends.  Those are the memories I’ll cherish forever.
